How to use
The INTENSE EYE LINER PEN is perfect for any look. Gently hold the eyelid and draw a straight line all the way along. From there - the choice is yours. Extend the line further and add a flick, or a wing. Add eye liner to the lower lash line if desired too. With the precise tip giving you complete creative control - any idea is possible.
