• On wet hair, add preferred amount of shampoo into the palms of your hand.
• Completely saturate the hair with warm, not hot, water.
• Squirt a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand.
• Work the shampoo through the hair but pay the most attention to the scalp.
• Apply it to the scalp and massage until it lathers.
• Massage the scalp area ensuring you reach all areas of the head.
• Repeat the shampooing by focusing on washing the rest of the hair.
• Rinse the hair and scalp completely.
