The BROW SHAPE & FILL is a dual ended pencil containing a retractable brow pencil at one end and a powder at the other. The pencil end defines the outer shape of the brows while the soft powder end fills in the brows.
For best results:
1. Define and set brows with the defining pencil, using short, light strokes.
2. Fill brows using filling powder, following the natural brow contour.
